Our foyer bars are the place to meet your friends and family before a show. Enjoy refreshments from the bar including drinks from our wonderful beverage list, featuring some of the best Tasmanian wines, sip on a cocktail and snack on one of our convenient food options, whilst cosying up in one of the nooks in our foyers. Our foyer bars are open 90 min prior to each performance. 

Food and drinks are also available during any intervals and are permitted inside the venue (excluding hot items).

Stick around after the show for a post-performance drink and chat in one of our many foyer bars located on each level of The Hedberg. 

Please be aware our venue is a licensed premise, and alcohol purchased elsewhere may not be brought onto or consumed on our premises.

Pre theatre dining packages

The Old Woolstore is one of our valued partners understands the needs of our audiences. Their Stockman’s Restaurant offers pre-show dinner packages, with two courses and a glass of wine. This must be pre-booked directly with The Old Woolstore on (03) 6235 5355.
