Hobart’s youth dance company DRILL presents Leviathan - an embodiment of young people’s frustrations, together with their hope for their world today.

Leviathan will be performed by a united DRILL company, assembling both junior and senior company members to create a relentless, reflective and powerful work. It brings to the forefront the voices, bodies, concerns and curiosities of today’s youth. It unites their collective passion for change and fierce determination to create an unstoppable beast.

Within protest and change, sit hope, ambition and care. The delicate balance of these sensations create a rich palette for choreographic imagery, movement, aural landscape, and great storytelling.
