During the April school holidays the Theatre Royal is having a total Rat Fest for Staycation! 

Inspired by our upcoming show Ratburger (28 - 29 April), we'll be bringing a whole hive (or nest, rather) of rat-tastic activities to you on Wed 23 April! 

🐀 Draw your favourite Ratburger character to win a Rat-Pack Prize Pack!
You’ll be able to enter the draw to win the Rat-Pack Prize Pack by completing and submitting a drawing of your favourite Ratburger character. 
Drawing competition entries open on the 14 April and a winner will be decided by a panel of David Walliams experts on the 24 April, with the winner receiving a Family Pass to Ratburger, a copy of the legendary David Walliams' book, and some rat-themed goodies too!

Join the Rat-Race!

Join us for a Rat-Race! Hidden in the Theatre Royal foyers will be wedges of cartoon cheese - will you be able to sniff out the golden cheese? Two lucky winners receive a Family Pass (4 tickets) to the stage version of David Walliams' smash-hit book, Ratburger at the Theatre Royal, and a cheese platter for the grown-ups!

Screening in the Studio Theatre, tickets are just $5!
Come and witness Disney Pixar’s comedic culinary delight; A rat named Remy dreams of becoming a great chef despite his family's wishes, and the obvious problem of being a rat in a decidedly rodent-phobic profession. When fate places Remy in the sewers of Paris, he finds himself ideally situated beneath a restaurant made famous by his culinary hero, Auguste Gusteau. Remy's passion for cooking soon sets into motion a hilarious and exciting rat race that turns the world of Paris upside down.

Free activity
Stick around after Rataouille and make your very own fabulous chef’s hat.
Decorate it however you like, and why not wear it for the afternoon or when you come back to the Theatre!
