The Awards will be held on August 31st at the Theatre Royal Hobart.

• Occupational Therapist of the Year  
• Plan Manager of the Year  
• Speech Therapist of the Year  
• Behaviour Support Specialist of the Year  
• Social Worker of the Year 
• Continence Nurse of the Year 
• Therapy Service of the Year 
• Dietitian of the Year 
• Carer of the Year (Family Member or Friend)  
• SDA Provider of the Year 
• SIL Provider of the Year 
• Training Provider of the Year 
• Community Hero of the Year
