McHenry Accommodation package 

Win a two night stay at Devil's Lair eco-cabins at McHenry Distillery on the Tasman Peninsula

1.    The promoter is the Theatre Royal, Hobart of 29 Campbell Street, Hobart, TAS, 7001. 

2.    Information on how to enter and eligibility to be entered into the draw and prize details form part of the conditions. 

3.    The competition opens on Wednesday 13 November 2024 and closes at 11:59 pm Friday 31 January 2025.   

4.    Eligibility for inclusion in this competition is open to Theatre Royal subscribers who purchased a subscription package (3 show or 5 show) for the Theatre Royal 2025 season before 11:59 pm Friday 31 January 2025.  

5.    By purchasing a subscription package, all eligible people will automatically go into the draw. One entry per subscription package will be counted. 

6.    There will be a total of one (1) winner drawn on Tuesday 4 February 2025, selected at random from eligible Theatre Royal 2025 Season subscribers. 

7.    The following exceptions apply: All employees of the promoter and the immediate families of such employees are ineligible to enter. 

8.    The prize pool consists of a two-night accommodation package at Devil’s Lair, a unique and modern one-bedroom self-contained eco cabin located onsite at McHenry Distillery on the Tasman Peninsula.  

9.    The prize winner will be notified by email. 

10.    Details as to the redemption of the prize will be provided at the time the prize winner is notified. 

11.    Should the prize winner decide to accept the prize they must, at the promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and consent to the promoter using their name and image in promotional material (this may include inclusion on the Theatre Royal’s social media and website).  

12.    In the event of the prize being refused, not accepted or not claimed by 5pm Tuesday 11 February 2025, the draw will be declared null and void and a further draw will be arranged. 

13.    The prize or any unused portion of the prize are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken as cash. 

14.    The promoter’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to the competition and no correspondence will be entered into with respect to those decisions.
